The apartment is composed of a small balcony, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, bathroom with shower, a spacious living room with a queen size pull-out couch and on the second floor attic there 2 single beds.

Other things to note

A tourist tax of €2,50 per person per night ( over 12 years old) to be collected at the time of the check in for reservations between January 1st- December 31.

We really enjoyed our stay here in Moltrasio. It is situated higher up in the village with a stunning view of the lake, offering a peaceful escape. It’s about a 20-minute walk down steps through the village to get to the ferry station, and there’s also a bus stop just a short walk away. The house itself is a charming stone home with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen was great for preparing meals, and the spacious living area made it easy to gather and spend time together. The terrace was a real highlight – perfect for morning coffee and taking in the breathtaking views in the evening. The host was attentive and responsive throughout our stay. We would happily return!

Stayed for weekend, host was very welcoming and patient , showed us around the home (much better than the photos) to make sure we knew where things are including local restaurants that we tried and food was fabulous. The local community was friendly, helpful with directions and welcoming. The host checked on us during the stay to make sure we were ok which was very nice. We had everything we needed and had a will definitely recommend and visit again!
